Returns and Refund policy
We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us. We have created this policy to enable you to do so where circumstances warrant it.
This policy applies to all orders submitted through our website and to all of our customers, irrespective of their geographical location.
We will only accept returns from the person who purchased the item, subject to providing proof of purchase.
This document does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer such as rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 or the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us and receive a refund in accordance with this policy if:
a) You have told us within 14 days of receiving your goods that you wish to cancel.
b) You have 14 days to return the product unused, in its original unopened packaging with any seal or shrink-wrap intact, with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new;
c) The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insure the value of the goods for you.
d) We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back in the condition described in b) above.
e) you comply with the procedure set out in this policy in relation to the return of the product; and
f) none of the exclusions set out in this policy apply.
In order to take advantage of your rights under this policy, you must contact us to obtain a return authorisation number, and then send the product to us with a covering note quoting that number.

You will be responsible for paying postage costs associated with returns under this policy.
Paper based issues are offered for sale through Amazon and any returns must be channelled through them.
The following types of product may not be returned under this policy:
a) any products liable to deteriorate within the period of 3 months following dispatch, e.g. adhesive;
b) DVDs, CDs and other audio or video or audio-visual recordings;
c) magazines or similar products;
e) gift vouchers:
f) downloads and streaming services including non-downloadable e-books/magazines
By law, we must offer a full refund if an item is faulty, not as described or does not do what it is supposed to do and this includes sale items.
Protected by law, we will not offer a refund if you
a) knew the item was faulty when you bought it (this would have been explicit in our product description),
b) has been damaged or potentially damaged by you or another in an attempt to make a repair (however, if it is obvious to us that the item was damaged or faulty on receipt then we reserve the right to offer a repair or replacement.
c) You no longer want the item
You agree to lose your 14 day right to cancel on subscription to The Lash Fan Club as it offers downloads and streaming services and this is explicit as part of our terms and conditions of the offer.
We will give you a refund for the price you paid to us in respect of any product properly returned by you in accordance with this policy.
We will not refund to you the original delivery charges relating to the returned product.
We will not refund to you any costs you incur in returning the product to us.
We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 14 days following the day we receive the returned product.
If you return a product in contravention of this policy, and you do not have any other legal right to a refund or exchange in respect of that product:
(a) we will not refund the purchase price or exchange the product;
(b) we may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product; and
(c) if we do not receive payment of such additional amount within 14 days of issuing a request for payment, we may destroy or otherwise dispose of the returned product in our sole discretion without any liability to you.
We do not have an exchange policy. Please ensure that the item is what you need before making your order.
